Free Set-up includes leveling with customer supplied concrete blocks and driver supplied pressure treated shims. Drivers can supply concrete blocks. See dealer for details. No site preparation is necessary if your site is accessible with a truck and trailer but the site must be no more that 3 feet out of level. First 30 miles are free, over 30 miles is subject to an additional charge. Buildings that are ordered can USUALLY be delivered within 10 15 days. Weather Permitting. Call for details.

A standard set of engineered plans is available with purchase of building upon request. Includes Barns, Utility sheds and Lofted Barns (charges may apply in certain areas). Price does not include anchors, calculations or elevations. Extra charges apply for custom plans, calculations or elevations. Wind rating requires customer supplied anchors. Designed to meet IBC standards, not guaranteed for every local jurisdiction. Our buildings are classified as Minor Storage Facilities (Occupancy Category I) and not intended for other use.
